Kemperink Maarschalkerweerd represents Global Publishing Group B.V., the Dutch holding company of the leading Portugese/Brazilian publishing group LeYa, in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) of the Amsterdam Court of Appeals. The proceedings were initiated by private equity fund Trilantic.
