Our firm advised PortionPack Europe Group on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of CDLC Group (also known as ‘Crème de la Cream’). PortionPack Europe Group is an international group of companies (including Van Oordt The Portion Company, Portion Solutions, HELLMA, SAES and CoSo) based in the Netherlands and part of Südzucker Group, specializing in portion packs and contract packing. CDLC is a Dutch medium-size co-packing and co-manufacturing company serving a broad international client base of B2B and B2C food companies.
Both companies foresee synergies in further developing their co-packing and co-manufacturing capabilities and their added value for customers within international foodservice, food retail and food production markets.
