Our firm advised logistics service provider CB in an asset sale transaction whereby CB soild and transferred its transport activities, including personnel, to Tielbeke. Through this transaction, CB also outsourced its transport activities on an exclusive basis to Tielbeke. With this transaction CB made its transport activities, which it has carried out on a standalone basis for more than 150 years, future-proof. Tielbeke is a logistics service provider with over 60 years of experience in widespread distribution.
