Charlotte Kirkels is a dedicated associate with experience in M&A and international corporate restructurings. She brings a strong commitment to excellence, combining her proactive approach with a hands-on mindset to deliver high-quality support in transactions and cross-border matters.
Prior to joining KMW in 2024, Charlotte worked at the Corporate/M&A team of Van Campen Liem.
Charlotte obtained an LL.M. degree Information Law and an LL.M. degree Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she followed several summer programs at the University of Stockholm.
In addition to her native Dutch, Charlotte is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
Our offices are located in the Rembrandt Tower, Amsterdam’s landmark office building.
