06 Jul KMW publishes paper on land mark TMG case

In 2017, the public takeover market in the Netherlands was largely dominated by the bidding war on TMG, the Dutch Euronext Amsterdam listed media company. Guus Kemperink and Sander Maarschalkerweerd assisted TMG’s supervisory board throughout the process. The firm published a paper setting out standards and guidelines for the Dutch public takeover practice that result from the TMG case, more in particular in relation to the position of the supervisory board of the target company.
