Our firm advised logistics service provider CB in a share transaction with PostNL. PostNL is the number one service provider in mail and logistics in the Benelux. The transaction consists of the separation of CB’s healthcare activities into a newly created subsidiary named CB Healthcare, followed by the acquisition by PostNL of a 40% shareholding in CB Healthcare.
In response to the growing market for healthcare logistics, PostNL and CB are seeking to collaborate even more closely, supporting healthcare sector clients with a wide range of logistics solutions, such as deliveries of wound care and incontinence products to people’s homes and care institutions.
