Our firm advised logistics service provider CB on the acquisition by Coöperatie Zorgproducten of a share participation in CB Healthcare, a group company of CB connecting healthcare products, technology and people.
Coöperatie Zorgproducten is a Dutch cooperative association consisting of over 20 local healthcare institutions. The cooperation between CB and Coöperatie Zorgproducten aims to further grow CB Healtcare’s ordering platform SUP.
Signing and closing of the transaction took place on 29 March 2024.
