Our firm advised CropEnergies AG, Europe’s leading producer of renewable ethanol, on its 50% share participation in Syclus, a Dutch biobased chemicals start-up company that plans to build and operate an industrial scale plant for the production of renewable ethylene from renewable ethanol at Chemelot Industrial Park, Geleen, the Netherlands. CropEnergies is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
