30 Jan 2023 KMW advised IX Zon on sale of four ready to build solar parks to Chint Solar Europe
Our firm advised IX Zon on the sale of four ready to build solar parks located in the Netherlands to Chint Solar Europe, a leading player active in project development, financing, realization and operation of solar parks. The solar parks will have an aggregate installed capacity of approximately 50 megawatt peak (MWp) and can provide, once fully operational, more than 15,000 households with renewable energy each year. Chint Solar will start the construction of the parks shortly.
IX Zon is an experienced solar park developer in the Dutch renewable energy market, having successfully developed in the past four years more than 100 MWp to ready to build-stage. This latest transaction clearly evidences the success of IX Zon on the Dutch solar market.
