01 Aug KMW advised on the sale of Unified Streaming to Software Combined
Our firm advised a major shareholder of Unified Streaming, a leading Amsterdam-based video streaming technology company, in relation to the sale of the entire share capital of Unified Streaming to Software Combined, a software aggregator based in Australia. Unified Streaming has helped media and telecommunications companies stream content expertly and efficiently since 2012. The transaction marks Software Combined’s second acquisition in the European market.
The transaction was completed on 1 August 2025, and while ownership has changed, Unified Streaming will continue to operate independently.
