Our firm advised SkyTeam on ITA Airways, Italy’s new national carrier, becoming a member of SkyTeam. ITA Airways replaced Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A., which ceased operations on 14 October 2021. With ITA Airways on board, SkyTeam’s 700 million customers will continue to enjoy seamless connections to key destinations across Italy.
