19 Jun 2023 KMW advises CB in sale of its transport activities to Tielbeke
Our firm advises logistics service provider CB in an asset sale transaction whereby CB sells and transfers its transport activities, including personnel, to Tielbeke. Through this transaction, CB will also outsource its transport activities on an exclusive basis to Tielbeke. With this transaction CB makes its transport activities, which it has carried out on a standalone basis for more than 150 years, future-proof. Tielbeke is a logistics service provider with over 60 years of experience in widespread distribution.
Signing of the transaction took place on 16 June 2023. The transaction is expected to close in the end of 2023, subject to certain closing conditions.
