Lisa is an associate in KMW’s Corporate/M&A practice. Before joining KMW in 2026, Lisa worked as Corporate Legal Counsel at an M&A advisory firm, where she gained valuable experience. This background enables her to combine legal expertise with commercial insight in transactions. Lisa is known for her pragmatic approach, organisational skills, and her ability to remain accurate, efficient, and results-driven, even in demanding circumstances.
Lisa obtained an LL.M. degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam, complementing her studies with extracurricular courses in Employment Law.
In addition to her native Dutch, Lisa is fluent in English.
